In 2013, our family created the team THIS BAG AIN’T PRADA and we walked in our first Gutsy Walk, in Toronto, supporting Crohn’s and Colitis Canada. Our involvement in finding a cure for IBD resonates with us on a personal level as it directly affects our immediate family.
This would be the beginning of our yearly involvement in the walk as well as other events to help people living with IBD.
Year-after-year, our team continued to grow and other people suffering with Crohn’s disease and Ulcerative Colitis would join us. We have ranked as a Top Pledge Earner in Toronto and across Canada, placing 2nd and 3rd, every year.*
The ongoing support by our family, friends, colleagues, and donors has been overwhelmingly heartfelt and we are so grateful to be surrounded by such kind and generous people.
To date, we have raised over $300,000 for Crohn’s and Ulcerative Colitis.
