Once a Listing Agreement is signed and the date for going to market has arrived, your property will be uploaded on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database. Other realtors can immediately access your new property listing, all the important details, images, virtual tour, etc.
Within 24 hours of posting to MLS, your property listing will be duplicated on Realtor.ca and Realmaster.ca for thousands of prospective buyers to see. We will further communicate with our personal network of agents working in Toronto and internationally.
As soon as your property is posted on the MLS, Forest Hill Real Estate Inc. Brokerage will have a FOR SALE sign displayed on your lawn which shall further advertise the sale of your home to neighbours and the community at large.
Showings & Open Houses
Once your home is ready for showings is the best time to go to market. DAY ONE matters! Opening your doors to prospective buyers for private showings and during public open houses is your opportunity to make that important first impression. Every day is an opportunity to attract a new buyer and your window begins on DAY ONE.
When showings begin at your home, we promise to follow up with our own network of buyers, plus, all Realtors who brought their buyers. Feedback is the gateway to learning about how your home is being viewed in the marketplace and a wonderful way to learn about possible interest.
